Update - Community Repairs from Hurricane Helene and Milton

Dear Members of the Mirror Lake Property Owners Association,
Over the next few weeks, you will see individuals working throughout our community to repair the damages from the hurricane season of 2024. Please note that some of the repairs include fencing which may require workers to perform work on or around your property. I have asked all contractors to communicate any major impacts to the community so we can continue to provide regular updates.
The board has faced many challenges with finding reputable contractors and repair companies due to the surge of pricing with trades. We thank everyone who has provided contacts and recommendations to the board as this has helped us find the best options for our community. It is important when considering bids for work that we take into account the cost, reputation, safety of the community and timeline. We appreciate everyone's patience as we have worked hard to get the ball moving.
We do not expect there to be any interruptions to traffic or normal operations during the repairs. We will continue to provide updates to the community as necessary.
