How do I access my homeowner account?

Use the resident portal link to open PayHOA. Sign in with the email associated with your property, or follow the sign-up prompts to request access. Contact the Association if you need help linking your account.

Who manages the association?

The Board of Directors oversees Association finances, vendor services, common-area maintenance and community operations.

Where do I make an assessment payment?

View your balance, payment options and payment history in PayHOA. Assessments are billed quarterly. Refer to your account and adopted budget for the current amount.

How do I request an exterior alteration?

Log in to PayHOA, go to Requests, and choose the architectural or alteration request. Include plans, photos and other supporting documents needed for review.
